Who we are

Yousquare AI Inc. (“DXTR”, “we”) operates the DXTR platform: a marketplace where collectors record short first-person videos of everyday manual tasks using the DXTR Eye iOS app, and customers obtain datasets derived from those recordings to train robotic systems.

What we collect

Account and profile — email, name, city, country, experience level, and optional fields you provide (phone, device model, bio, languages). Sign-in is handled by Firebase Authentication (Google, Apple, or email/password).

Recordings (“episodes”) — when you deliberately start a capture, the app records color video, LiDAR depth, device motion, and microphone audio from your phone. Recording only happens during a capture you start and can stop at any time; there is no background recording.

Derived data — we process episodes into datasets: hand and object positions, 3D scene geometry, quality metrics, and robot motion plans.

App operations — push notification tokens, device identifiers needed for delivery and abuse prevention, task/assignment history, credit ledger entries, and audit logs of account actions.

We do not collect precise GPS location, contacts, photos outside the capture flow, or advertising identifiers. We do not sell personal information for advertising and we show no ads.

How we use it

• Operate the marketplace: offer tasks, review submissions, credit earnings.
• Build and license training datasets from episodes, as agreed in the Collector Consent & License Agreement.
• Quality control, support, safety, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

Who sees what

• Customers receive episodes and derived datasets under a pseudonymous collector alias — never your name, email, or contact details.
• Service providers process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting, storage), Google Firebase (authentication, push notifications), Modal (processing), Apple (app distribution). Each receives only what its function requires.
• Legal — we disclose data if required by law or to protect users or the platform.

Recording other people

Collectors agree not to record identifiable bystanders, faces, voices, or personal documents. If you believe you appear in a recording without consent, contact us and we will locate and remove the material.

Retention and deletion

Account data is kept while your account is active. Episodes are kept as needed to build and support datasets; raw uploads may move to cold storage or be deleted per our data lifecycle. You may request account deletion or episode deletion at srikanth@dxtr.co; episode deletion follows the terms of the Collector Consent & License Agreement (material already delivered to customers cannot be recalled, but is excluded from future deliveries).

Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g., California, EEA/UK), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to non-discrimination for exercising them. Write to srikanth@dxtr.co; we respond within the legally required period.

Age

The platform is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; if we learn we have, we delete it.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit; uploads use single-purpose signed grants; access to production systems is limited and audited. No system is perfectly secure — report concerns to srikanth@dxtr.co.

Changes

We will post updates here with a new effective date, and notify active collectors in-app for material changes.
