Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the DXTR website, the DXTR platform and portal, and the DXTR Eye app (together, the “Service”), operated by Yousquare AI Inc. (“DXTR”, “we”). They cover general use of the Service. If you record and submit data as a collector, the separate Collector Consent & License Agreement also applies and governs the recordings you contribute; where the two documents overlap, that agreement controls for those recordings.
Acceptance
By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.
Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure; activity under your account is your responsibility. The Service is intended for adults 18 and over. New collector accounts are reviewed before they are granted access to marketplace tasks, and we may decline or revoke access. You can request deletion of your account and associated data as described on our Support page and in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
When using the Service, you agree not to:
- Record identifiable people without consent, or record faces, voices, or personal documents of bystanders — see the recording guidance in the Privacy Policy.
- Submit content you do not have the right to submit, or that is unlawful, or that infringes someone else's rights.
- Misrepresent a recording — for example, staging, duplicating, or submitting data that does not reflect a genuine demonstration — or otherwise attempt to game task review or credits.
- Interfere with, probe, or overload the Service, or access it by automated means except as we permit (for example, the documented API).
- Reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the Service except as expressly allowed by a written agreement with us.
We may suspend or remove access, content, or credits obtained in violation of these terms.
Credits and datasets
Approved submissions may earn platform credits as described in the app. Credits reflect participation in the marketplace and are governed by the app's current rules; they are not a security, and their availability and any cash-out mechanism may change. Datasets derived from recordings are licensed to customers under the terms of the Collector Consent & License Agreement.
Intellectual property
The Service — including the software, pipeline, models, website, DXTR name, and brand marks — is owned by Yousquare AI Inc. and its licensors and is protected by law. These terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service as intended; they do not transfer any ownership. You retain your rights in the recordings you contribute, subject to the license you grant under the Collector Consent & License Agreement.
The service is provided “as is”
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Yousquare AI Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes
We may update the Service and these terms. When we make material changes we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in-app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
